History
The company started as a small delivery sevice in the Monochrome section of the The Station 100 years ago. It only delivered around The Station, however it didn't take long until the founder managed to get a hold on a ship and start transporting goods to and from Areu. Around 30 years later the company started delivering to planets close by. Around 20 years ago they had grown enough to be able to deliver goods across the entire universe. They are currently one among five companies that deliver goods universe-wide. They have been at the top a couple of times. These five companies are fierce rivals. Cometway started with 5 employees, they currently have 5 million across the universe.

Structure
There are distribution centers on almost every planet in the known universe. Every distribution center have several Bog Cargo Ships stationed at them. Cargo ship crews man these ships. The ships are loaded with packages from private individuals and cargo from companies or governments at their distribution center. These ships then bring the cargo to the distribution center closest to the arrival location they can travel to. Then that distribution center continues the journey of the cargo. Most of the distribution centers are located in the planet's most stable and wealthy countries. But it's getting more common that the distribution centers are located on stations orbiting planets instead. These centers are then funded by most of the countries, and other delivery services can use them as well then. It's cheaper for Cometway, but the board of directors isn't always happy about it.Need to have a package delivered in time? Let us help you!

Hehe, yeah, I have worked for a transporting company for over 20 years...so this article amused me. Though, we transport people. XD;;; This was a mix of all the transporting businesses (both for people and gods) I've known. UPS being one of them. XD;;;
