Karoveki Bull
A species of fearless black bovines used equally in battlefields and farmlands.
Notorious for their fearlessness and strength, Karoveki bulls are an iconic symbol of national pride for the people of Karovek in Jolundria and features proudly upon their flag.
Hard Working Beasts
Karoveki bulls are hard working beasts and have historically served a vital role in both feeding and defending the population of Karovek. The males are bred and trained for warfare whilst the females are used for dairy and meat produce. Training is both for the bull and its rider, as both need to learn together for effective maneuvers in combat. Physical cues are taught, as well as vocal commands, and as part of their training the bulls learn not to fear loud sounds like metal clanging or folks shouting, and are desensitised to startling objects like flapping flags.Bloody Battlefields
On the battlefield, Karoveki bulls are used both as sturdy mounts and can also pull heavy loads such as caravans and seige equipment. Clad with spiked armour, a charging Karoveki bull can trample, trap, and gore opponents with very little effort.Muddy Cropfields
Karoveki bulls make fine working animals on the farm, too, and are put to work pulling wagons and ploughing fields. Their great stamina enables them to continue for long hours before tiring. Their manure is used both as fertiliser in the fields and dried out to be used as fuel for burning.Vocal Commands
The vocal commands for Karoveki bulls are often accompanied by light physical gestures to reinforce the instruction. During training, emphasis and stress of each vowel is important because each of the basic commands have distinct vowels that make it easy for the bull to recognise.Command | Maneuver |

This breed of cow is called a Karoveki Bull regardless of its sex.
These bulls sound very terrifying on the battlefield, but what do the cheese and dairy products they produce taste like? Great article :)
