Ihrrum
Ihrrum is the finely ground version of Mohrrim Crystals. In this finer state the crystal dust can be worked with in much finer applications and can even be mixed with other materials.
The effects of Mohrrim crystals are much weaker in this ground form, and the finer grade the dust is, the weaker the effects are. As such, Ihrrum of a roughly-milled flour consistency can be ingested by folk and used (somewhat illegally) as a drug.

Discovery
Ihrrum dust has similar enhancing qualities to the Mohrrim crystals, with the side effect of weakening strong virtues as well. It was first discovered by a mine inspector in The Brass Bowl city in Tentotta, who noticed that throughout the course of a day - the strongest miners would grind to a halt, whilst the frailest slaves would gradually get stronger the longer they worked.
Ihrrum is now classified as a controlled substance and is illegal to use in competitive sports. Only the captains of the city guard are permitted to use Ihrrum for force. Generally the dust is used for recreational or healing purposes.

I like that they found this aspect of the crystal byproduct by observing mining operations. Was it ingested via breathing, or is there a tactile component as well (skin contact)? (Also...Illegal to use in competitive sports--guess it's off the table for Melior X-Games prep.)
