Goldbrook is the wondrous capital city of Zendu and is surrounded by beautiful fields and pastures in the picturesque grasslands of the region. Between each building you can see a glimpse of the volcanic mountain ranges in the distance - the birthplace of many floating islands that slowly rise from the ground and migrate around the world, including the well known large island that houses the entire campus of the Academy of Arcane Sciences.
The city is famous for being the founding place of airships, and the first one was constructed and launched from here using early prototypes of floating albar rock from the emerging islands.
Many folks come to visit the city specifically for the Goldbrook Annual Guild Fair which takes place every spring.
