Но иногда появляется герой, настолько харизматичный, что способен убедить самых заядлых терпил помочь в борьбе против Тени. Crowd Rouser

Minimum level of 4

The words you speak are capable of rallying even a crowd of strangers to your side. As an action, you may force everyone within 50 feet who can see, hear, and understand you and who is not actively fighting you to make a Wisdom saving throw with a DC of 8 + your Charisma modifier + your proficiency bonus. Anyone who fails sees you as a trusted acquaintance and believes that what you are currently telling them is true (assuming it is not obviously and immediately demonstrable as false). This effect ends if you harm the person or after one week. Your GM may determine that in some circumstances, the effect may persist if you perform deeds that demonstrate you have the person’s best interests in mind. Once you have used this ability, you may not do so again until you have completed a short rest.

Rallying Cry

Minimum level of 8

You can stoke the fires of righteous fury in a person’s heart, inspiring them to fight no matter the odds, giving you the following benefits: 0 Your Charisma score increases by 1, to a maximum of 20. 0 As an action, you may make a DC 15 Charisma (Persuasion) check. If you succeed, all allies within 50 feet who can see, hear, and understand you gain a number of temporary hit points equal to your level. Once you have used this ability, you can’t use it again until you complete a long rest.

Scathing Rebuke

Minimum level of 12

Long years of experience have taught you exactly what to say that will crush an opponent’s spirit, leaving them utterly despondent. As an action, you may choose a target within 50 feet who can see, hear, and understand you, and make a Charisma (Intimidation) check contested by the target’s Wisdom (Insight) check. If you succeed, the target is stunned for 1 minute or until they take damage. Once you use this ability three times, you may not use it again until you have completed a long rest.

Changed to the Core

Minimum level of 16

You have developed a silver tongue that can shake the convictions of the most bloodthirsty warrior or loyal legate. As an action, you may choose a target within 50 feet who can see, hear, and understand you, and make a Charisma (Persuasion) check contested by the target’s Wisdom (Insight) check. If you succeed and the target has a number of Hit Dice greater than half your total Hit Dice, they no longer attempt to fight you or your allies or to aid others in fighting you. Instead, they attempt to flee from combat as quickly as possible, spending all of their movement to move farther away from you and your allies, and they may take only the Dodge or Dash action. (Your GM may decide that their crisis of conscience has other, longer-term effects.) If you succeed and the target has a number of Hit Dice equal to or less than half your total Hit Dice, they become your loyal and permanent ally. Once you use this ability, you cannot use it again until you have completed a long rest.
