Panga is a key resource in day to day life in the East Hu-Balai. It's very useful and pretty cheap to make. However, nobody (besides the reader) knows how exactly the process works.

Hard and dark brown plates or blocks of keratin. looks like horns or nails.

Keratin. It's made by dissolving keratin molecules in hair or nails and seperating the molecules and then letting them come back together as a single hard chunk.

Hair, nails, horns, hooves, anything with keratin.
History & Usage
Discovery
Unknown. It is a closely guarded recipe known only to some manderthals (mainly Shayanaha).
Everyday use
Shoes, wiping (you know what I mean), bows, arrows, armor, protective utility gear, etc. Commonly seen in shoe soles, arrow knocks, and bow tips.

No ill effects.
