What's the Fengati word for "hello" ?

In Fengati, one of the most intriguing linguistic element is the absence of a word for "hello". Instead, each person is supposed to have their own word, which can be changed to avoid having the same one as someone else, and a gesture can suffice.

Execution

Fengati people greet friends by saying their names and putting a hand on their chest while bowing a tiny bit. In some regions, the underside of the hand is shown to the other person, sometimes while retracting the last finger.
