Timeline privacy state switch, also switches event privacy state if both menus are open at the same time.

When both the timeline config menu and an event editor are open on the screen. Changing the privacy state of the timeline switches the privacy state of the event too.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open standard timeline
2. Open event editor.
3. Open timeline config
4. Toggle privacy state of timeline
