When filling out prompts I see an aqua information cicle for some prompts that say Show Description but when I hover over or click them nothing comes up. I tested this on Chrome and Firefox and the problem happens across both.

Example under the Organization article type in the side bar there is a field called Formation Type and it appears to be a search box, what type of article is it expecting to find?
