Little green popup in the left bottom corner appears after existing out of the feedback submission without hitting the submit button.

Steps to Reproduce

I was showing someone how to submit feedback on the site and I found this, I selected a how are we doing face to pop up the text window, and then exited it out without hitting the submit button as I didn't want to actually send anything off. 1) open the feedback submission prompt through the Need Help button. 2) select a approval rating 3) open text prompt 4) hit the exit button at the top instead of the submit button 5) little green pop up appears as if it submitted it anyway.
