When there is a list of items with links to statblocks in the text, then it adds an additional layer of lists below it after opening the Modal editor.

Steps to Reproduce

• Create article and open it up in Modal with the Visual editor active.
• Create a list in the text.
• Add items with statblock links to it.
• Close the modal
• reopen the modal
• close the modal
• reopen the modal
• See expanded list with an extra subitem under the statblock links.
