Unable to add a parent article in navigation
I've just created a new settlement article but I cannot add a parent article for it. Whatever I select from the drop down list is not saved when the article is saved, and on reopening it for editing there is no parent article. This was working pretty recently so appears to be a new bug. I have attempted it on two browsers (edge and chrome) and on two machines to try to eliminate possible issued at the client side. I also tried two different articles for parenting and neither worked.
Steps to Reproduce
Attempt to edit the above article and in the navigation, attach it to a parent article (I wanted to use one called Myruthea). Attaching to a category works but attaching to an article does nothing. After saving and reloading, the article is still an orphan. This happens even if you edit other aspects of the article after attaching the parent (e.g. you change some text).
