A bit of context; when I first began using World Anvil, categories would display their sub-categories and any articles they included in a list on the category page, table-of-contents style. Now, they no longer do so. While searching around through settings, I found a list of toggles for things which can be displayed: Table of Contents, Articles, Timelines, etc. All of the options are greyed out for me, and trying to click the toggle button anyway results in a "Master feature/Upgrade now!" popup.

Trouble is, I have a Master subscription, as far as I can tell - it's listed on my profile.

There is an option on this popup which declares, "If you are already above this rank, click here to fix this." I have clicked, to no avail. On click, the button does seem to do something, like a soft refresh of the page, however, the issue persists.

Steps to Reproduce

I am unsure how to reproduce this bug. It occurs for me whenever I have World Anvil open.

This is not, to my knowledge, an issue with my subscription status, nor with my browser cache. I have tried multiple refreshes of the tab across multiple days, I have attempted restarting my computer in case that somehow affected it. For an overview of the details;

  1. My subscription on my profile reads as Master, I have paid and am set to pay the correct annual fee for the Master subscription, and my profile features the Master Worldsmith badge. My account status is "Active".
  2. As stated, I have tried multiple suggested UI bug fixes, involving refreshing, "hard" refreshing, closing all tabs and reopening, clearing my browser cache, and even restarting my computer.
  3. Other "Master features", such as Chronicles & other Advanced Tools, are available on my account; only those under Category settings seem affected. This leads me to believe it to be an issue with Category settings specifically.
  4. Bug affects all viewing modes (sub-categories and articles are invisible while viewing a category; they ARE visible in the World Manager tree in Editing mode, this ONLY affects what is displayed on the Category page itself).

Operating System

Windows

Browser

Microsoft Edge

Related Entity

All categories are affected, but I do have access to other Master features, such as those listed under "Advanced Tools".

Visibility of sub-categories, etc is affected across all view modes: Editing, "Preview", and "View in World" modes of each category.
