While adjusting the world homepage in the new Athena system, I realized Maps and Timelines were on the left. Upon clicking the "move to right button" I was presented with the following error message:

My membership is at Master level. Clicking the link at the bottom to try to fix the mismatch seemed to refresh the page but had no other effect, and the same error message still comes up

I think I remember this being a Grandmaster+ feature. If this is still the case, then the error message needs to correct its wording. Otherwise, there's something more going on there.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log into an account at Master tier.
2. Bring up Athena, and navigate to the World Homepage editor if not already there.
3. Click one of the "Move to Right" buttons on the "Table of Contents", "Maps" or "Timelines" fields.
