I added 3 items to a Content Tree, I cannot see any items in Content Tree Structure. And when I try to delete the tree to start over, it says "Failed to Delete Content Tree"

Out of curiosity, I tried to embed the chart in an article to test and it also doesn't load there - it throws a TypeError in the console because it's hitting undefined somewhere. Seems like there's something wrong with the data.

I'm able to add new nodes to the chart, but I cannot remove the 3 nodes that were added before (I do see duplicate options in the Parent Node selector if I add the same one again, but not way to distinguish which is the one that is working and which is the one that isn't working)

Steps to Reproduce

Here are the steps I took, not sure if this will reproduce (it's possible I made an error somewhere in here)

• Add Character A to tree with no parent
• Add Character B to tree with no parent
• Change Character B to have Character A as parent
• Add Character C and (I thought) make Character A the parent
• Now Content Tree Structure shows Character B as parent of Character A (I though I made A parent of B? maybe I messed up, but I thought I confirmed after the 3rd step - this is where I'm not certain) and Character A as parent of Character C
• I go to edit Character B to set the parent to Character A
• Content Tree Structure is now empty, no items
