Manuscript Scenes not saving when using formatting controls
It seems that the Manuscript pages don't save after making formatting changes (using the buttons in the editor) unless I type or delete at least one character after the formatting changes. I was editing a scene and I realized this after a number of my formatting edits disappeared when I moved to a different scene and came back to the formatted one. I was able to replicate this behaviour consistently in various scenes. I also noticed that this issue occurs for any edits made to the scenes through the Grammarly extension (e.g. accepting a Grammarly typo correction and then switching to another scene undoes the typo correction). However, support for the extension is not as necessary and more just a nice-to-have.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a manuscript. 2. Create a folder. 3. Create a scene in the folder. 4. Add content to the scene. Then make a formatting change using the buttons in the editor. 5. Click away from the scene to another page without doing anything else after the formatting change. 6. Return to the scene in Step 4 and note how the formatting change did not take effect.
