Creating Maps and "Proceed" not working

I have tried to "Create Map". I have done so successfully five times today. I am now uploading a sixth, and now the "Proceed" button just isn't working. It is registering as a click, but it doesn't do anything. As attempted fixes, I have:

tried clearing cookies and history

tried in incognito mode

tried a full computer restart

tried closing and re-opening browsers

tried three other browsers

Steps to Reproduce

Clicking "add map", typing in the name of the map, and then pressing "proceed"
