Unable to update certain fields in the Session Report template

In the session report template, I am not able to update the following fields: 1. Related Campaign Session 2. Related Characters 3. Related Plots 4. Primary Location 5. Secondary Location I am not experiencing this issue in any other templates. In the Session Report template, I am able to update the content and the other fields that do not link to a specific article. I have only experienced this issue recently.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new Session Report 2. Link to other articles in the mentioned fields 3. Write sample text in "Content" or "Sections" 4. Manually link to other articles under "Rewards Granted" or the fields below it 5. View the Session Report and see what information was saved
