Sidebar Panel Top box showing even after content is removed

I deleted content from the Sidebar Panel Top but the box is still showing. This has occurred in a character article after deleting a parental relationship and in a languge article. The Sidebar Panel Top box is commpleatly empty.

Steps to Reproduce

put content into the Sidebar Panel Top box cheack the view, then remove the content and refresh the view.

For me, it's a character article and a material ariticle. I didn't put anything in the sidebar content panel, just sidebar top and sidebar bottom. Lantern Wax and Samira al-Hazen
