ISEXTINCT: Expected Boolean, Received String error when creating a Species article, or when trying to categorize a Species article. The error goes away when I click the Extinct toggle button, but when it comes up when trying to create a one, it breaks to the point it refuses to save and clicking the toggle does nothing at all. In this image, I tried to create a stub through the cntrl+K menu, but it refused to save and the extinct toggle button is frozen. Even trying to go to Old Version edit doesn't work. The only way out is to click the X button which leaves the window without saving the stub.

Steps to Reproduce

It seems to happen every single time I create a stub through the cntrl+K menu in the Species template. Once I type in a name, the error comes up and it freezes with the only way out through clicking the X button which exits without saving.
