Hey there! After some investigation, we found one more notebook linked to you, titled Feywilds. However, the owner and creator of this notebook is the user called MezzyShezzy. The new notebook system displays notebooks by owner, and since this notebook is already linked to another person, you were not able to have access to it. One of the ways you could go about this would be to make a copy of this notebook in the new system by viewing MezzyShezzy's notebook, so that you can continue working on it. If this is difficult or you have any more questions, let me know!

Strange, thanks for letting me know. The Feywild stuff is old, what I lost were notebooks entitled Malford and Altdorf (I think those were the titles). They might have also been named something to the effect of "Makerspace campaign" and "Orc Campaign"

Did you happen to have any authors/co-authors on worlds/these notebooks?

Also important to know: did you perhaps delete "Makerspace campaign" and "Orc Campaign" that were linked to your account?

I have coauthors on the world, but didn't mess with the permissions on the notebooks. The makerspace and orc campaign notebooks were what I'm looking to recover

Interestingly enough, the data still exists, I just saw some of the data in recent notes, but it doesn't appear when I hit either the yellow notebook icon or the notebook in the top bar

After some further research here's what we found out:

Your recent notes are coming from the Feywilds notebooks. Unfortunately, since they have the same problem as the notebook (you are not the owner and you have no access to them) you are not able to view them.

The "Makerspace campaign" and "Orc Campaign" notebooks do not appear to exist. They might have been linked to campaigns you deleted, such as your Bleeding Eyes Campaign that is currently active. If that is the case and you deleted those campaigns, we can not bring them back as we currently do not archive campaigns.

Let me know if we missed anything, or if you remember any additional information about your notebooks!

Forgive my ignorance, but, in searching learn and the codex, I don't see any documented relationship between campaigns and notebooks, can you please clarify the relationship here?

No problem at all, I understand the confusion. In the legacy notebook, if you had active a campaign in the world, it automatically linked the notebook to that campaign. This is no longer the case with the new system, as your notebooks are now only tied to you, the user, not your campaigns or worlds.

Hey! I can't get my notebook contents to Wobbix as I'm not a guild member, despite being a co-author on the world. Would you be able to send the context of my notebook to wob for me?

While I'm not able to send the content of the notebook, what I could do for you is transfer the ownership of the notebook to Wobbix, so that he becomes the owner of the notebook and has complete access to it. That of course requires that both of you would be okay with this. If I get your permission, I can go ahead!
