I can not create a new map

Any time I try to create a new map I simply get told that 'unlimited maps is a guild feature' (this is my first time trying to create a map, I have zero maps.) When I close the window saying that unlimited maps is a guild feature, I simply get an eternal loading circle above the message 'creating your map'. Again, I have zero maps.

Steps to Reproduce

1: Click create new map and name map 2: Upload map image

I must say that the lack of a response from anyone after five days is very concerning. I understand prioritizing paying customers, but frankly if so many paying customers are suffering bugs that you have no time for me I think I will just go use Kanka.io instead.
