I'm just having issues with my notebook not loading from the icon on the right side bar. The issue has been occurring ever since my subscription ran out on the 3rd, however I successfully renewed my subscription the next day. I have tried refreshing, clearing the cache, closing the window entirely, and logging out and back in.
