When trying to move articles to a recently created category folder, the drop down icon doesn't show up and doesn't allow you to click on it. It will let you drop the article into the category, but won't let you open the other things inside it.

Steps to Reproduce

1)Create a new folder for a category. 2) Open the "move to" option for articles 3) natigate to the newly made Category and attempt to open it's contents.
