Sheets: Encoding problem with the new automatic tracker above sheets

When you make a sheet with a text field and enter something like a bullet list into that field, it gets saved and displayed correctly. But in the lately added tracker section above the sheet it gets html-encoded, filling the text area with html code.

Steps to Reproduce

create sheet with a text area, make the field show up in the tracker, too

enter bullet list into the text field and save sheet

view the sheet. the tracker section above shows html code in the text field now.
