UPDATE: When the editor is full screen, it works correctly. When the editing is done in what might appear to be a modal window (not sure), that is when the scrolling did not work. I am no longer able to reproduce the problem. It is possible that this issue occurred as a result of cached information in some of the browser tabs which had data prior to the update. Once everything was refreshed, the issue appears to have gone away.
