Formatting bar only shows squares and not the icons. When I hover my mouse over the square, it still displays the name of the action (Insert Image, Bold, etc.) The function seems to work, but I have to hover to make sure I have the right "square".
Edit a timeline article, or report a bug (it's on this page too).
Yep! Thats it! :)
I've observed this issue with Chrome and Opera. Firefox has a similar issue but instead of an empty box it displays a box with the FontAwesome code inside of it (e.g.: F032 for the bold icon).
Hey everyone, this is a deprecated editor and is no longer getting updates or development - the issue is it's using font awesome 6 which is no longer available. For that reason we cannot fix it - I suggest you switch to one of the new editors instead!
If you have complex BBCode already on your articles ect, take care to switch to Advanced(Euclid) to retain it, switching to the newest Visual Editor will reformat it to its own supported BBCode block and might remove/change your existing ones (but if you want to go case by case for each article, we do have a converting system available that will show you all changes to be approved before doing so).
