When I have an article. and I open a secret in a popover, and make changes to that secret, then close the secret, the list of secrets will not be updates and showing stale information.

Steps to Reproduce

1. CCreate an article
2. Add a secret block to that article
3. Click the plus button of the secret block to create a secret
4. Give the secret a name and some content
5. Click "set parent" and select the article you made as the parent
6. Close the secret
7. Check the secrets of the article: it will not list the secret you just created.

2. Open the secrets for the article
3. Click the plus button to create a secret
4. Give the secret a name and some content
5. Close the secret
6. Check the secrets of the article: it will not list the secret you just created.

Or

1. Create an article
2. Open the secrets for the article
3. Click the plus button to create a secret
4. Give the secret a name and some content
5. Close the secret
6. Refresh the page
7. Open the secret again
8. Delete the secret
9. Check the secrets of the article: it will still list the secret you just deleted

3. Click the plus button to create a secret
4. Give the secret a name and some content
5. Close the secret
6. Refresh the page
7. Open the secret again
8. Change the name of the secret
9. Close the secret
