Articles in my World Codex and in generated TOCs are inconsistently showing the article's title. I am assigning the same Icon to each article, but the display of the icons is inconsistent.

Almost no articles but these two articles show their icons, and they are white for some reason, my custom CSS doesn't touch any icons.
This is generated with a TOC tag. Again, all the pages are reports and have the same icon assigned them.

Steps to Reproduce

It is inconsistent. The ones in the World Codex showing icons occur in articles created in the latest update. But the one in the TOC was created well before the update.
