NPC ability score changes on it's own in Stat block

I made an NPC Statblock for dnd 5e and and when I save it some of the ability scores change compared to what I put in. I tried to fix it but the same thing happened again.

Steps to Reproduce

I made an NPC statblock for dnd 5e and saved it.
