Save Button and Article Title Box Missing When Creating a New Article

When I go to create a new article the save button is missing and the box for inputting the article name will not show up.

Hi, there was some change to the interface. The title input is still there, it just has relatively high opacity which may make it hard to see depending on the image that is displayed. The save button was removed on purpose it is not necessary to save manually. Clicking it didn't really do anything.
