Made an Article a Parent and everything disappeared

When making my Organization I was making a dragon monarchy and it says everything is there when i go to make a new article and make a new parent item but when you look there is nothing there even in preview and I am not sure what to do to fix it

Steps to Reproduce

tried to refresh and go back on the browser and it changed nothing.
