Finicky/missing scrollbar when editing article
When editing an article, sometimes the main field gives me a scrollbar and sometimes it doesn't, and whether it shows up or not seems to possibly depend on how exactly I got to the article. (Having a scrollbar is an accessibility issue for me, especially when editing long articles.)
Steps to Reproduce
For instance: if I click on a link to an article through the "Continue Working" list, no scrollbar shows up on the main editing field. However, if I go to the Search function first, and click into editing the article through there, the field does show up with a scrollbar. It's potentially not quite as cut-and-dry as this, as it sometimes feels like I need to do more clicking around to get it to finally work, but at least going by my most recent attempts to figure out what prompts the scrollbar to show up and what doesn't, the above method was working for me.

How can I tell that exactly? I feel like it changes depending on how exactly I get to an editing page, so I get very confused about this. For instance, if I click on an article from the "continue working" list, I can see "athena" in the url, and the scrollbar is missing in this case. If I go back and hit search instead, and click on an article from the search list, "desktop" is in the url, and and the scrollbar is *not* missing in that case.
When you say the main field I assume you mean the main text field(the description of an article)?
If so you mean to say that this text field sometimes has a maximum height if the text is long enough and after that it gets a scrollbar and sometimes the text field is as long as the text and the whole article edit window gets a scrollbar ?
