Whiteboards Offline, Unable to view

When opening whiteboards created prior to the UI overhaul, they appear as blank and the status is "offline" and "reconnecting" with unsuccessful connection. I am unable to view any of the contents of the whiteboard.

Steps to Reproduce

Occurs when opening any whiteboard created prior to the site overhaul.

Windows

Browser

Google Chrome

Related Entity

This element affects the entire whiteboard where none of the content is visisble.

I'm also having this issue with the Whiteboards. I can't save anything I do on them. They just say reconnecting/saving forever. It never links up. I've tried all the steps to fix it like clearing cache, refreshing, hard refresh and clear cache. Ive closed any additional windows.   This issue also occurs on Firefox.

I am running into the same issue with a whiteboard I worked on last week. It keeps saying reconnecting/saving, but it never opens. I also have tried all the steps above to troubleshoot with the same results.

I am also unable to open my whiteboard. is this whiteboard gone or do I have to start over. I was using this whiteboard a lot and I dont have a replacement? any help would be great?

Same issue, went to open my whiteboard and it says Trying to connect and there is a popup saying reconnecting and i have another information popup that says Looks like you are offline. Please be careful as your changes may be lost. But I am online and everything else seems to be working okay.
