I have 4 empty manuscript folders, nothing in them, if I try to delete them a red box appears and it says.   "Cannot Delete Folder, Folder has Children, Cannot Delete"   There is nothing in the folders and I cannot get rid of them.

Steps to Reproduce

I click on the manscrupt folder, there is nothing in them, I click on the delete and it does not delete.
