- Billing or subscription questions: we can only handle these questions by email. You can reach us by email at [email protected].
- Community-related questions: if you have questions related to events organized by World Anvil (such as challenges), or about other community matters such as content moderation, email us at [email protected].
- Live help from the community: you can join our Discord server and use the #help channel. Note that users in this channel are mostly volunteers, so be patient if there's no one around immediately and thank them after they help you!
- Subreddit: if you don't mind waiting for an answer a little longer, you can post on our subreddit. If no one from the community replies, a Team member will usually reply within one business day.
Additionally, if you find a bug, you can report it in the bug tracker.
