How to Embed an Article Block Link

Article blocks link to an article while displaying its cover image, title, excerpt, and other details. This is how it looks:

How to create an article block

With the Visual Editor

If you're using the Visual Editor:

1. Open the slash menu and find the article block option (i.e. type "/article block").
2. In the search field that will appear, look for the article you want to embed and click it.

In the Visual Editor, you can click an embedded article block to jump straight into its edit modal!

With the Advanced BBCode Editor

1. Edit the article you want to create a block for.
2. In the bottom right corner of the editor, click the Copy Block button.
3. Paste in any BBCode field on World Anvil to create the article block! In edit mode, it will look something like [articleblock:...].
