Secrets let you keep information private from your audience even if it's embedded in a public article. Here's how to embed a secret!
With the Visual Editor
- Open the slash menu and look for the Secret option (i.e. type "/secret").
- Choose the secret you want to embed.
With the Advanced BBCode Editor
The simplest way is to simply type an open bracket [ and start typing the name of the secret. A drop-down will appear with an option to embed the secret directly.
However, you can also follow these steps:
- Click on Secrets in the left sidebar.
- Click on the ellipsis button for the secret you want to embed and then click the Copy Block button.
- Paste into any article or other BBCode-enabled field (almost everywhere on World Anvil) to embed it.
