This is one of the more common flags used by the Selutian Empire at its height. It represents three of the major components of the Empire.

The top right quadrent is the Dynal flag of the time and represents the Dynal lords and elite who rulled much of the Empire.

The li (bottom right) represents the religion of Toronianism which was the major belief in the Empire held by most of the Sels, Captirians and Huvans.

The Captirian Crest (closest to the poll) represents the Empire's past as a prosperous region of the Captirian Empire, which is responsible for most of its history.

Notably the Huvan flag is missing from this design of the flag. It is present on many other Selutian Designs to represent the Empire's wide diversity of people's: Captirians, Dynals and Huvans.
