2021-04-07 - What the Spider Caught Report

General Summary

Our heroes were immediately plunged into battle with the drow priestess and her spider minions, all while a frantic Mango thrashed as a brain-eating spider crawled up his body. The battle ended with a burning bed and a dead priestess.   Fye used dimension door, a once-a-day spell to test it out. Making it no longer part of the plan.   The party snuck up to the main level of the sandvoyagers guild which ultimately lead to the death of a large swath of slavers including Thumas Netmaster. There was some quick busting in and busting out of rooms trying to prove a point - but ultimately, double-fireball vaporized the enemies.   Briefly, the party explored the idea of battling the entire reserve soldiers, but by using an illusion they were able to convince the slavers to give in and take Tulnas back as leader. They used camel punishment on the illusion to deal with the illusion.   They find the crashed ship and the body of Hathak and the sword of Jamis, his hand still attached.
