Session 43: Brother, Thou Art At Peace

General Summary

23rd Oghmale - 5th Eldale 235 4E   Despite their best efforts the party are unable to defeat Baernan and as Tawny lies dead in the snow, the Runebrand flees into the night with Cavendish upon his claws. The scarred man is later found by Askan and brought back to Karieske, torn and branded and on death's door. Refusing the magic that returned Tawny to the living, he passes from this life to whatever lies next.   The party say their goodbyes to the firbolg's and return to Calsoelm where the Painted Nomad has returned and is waiting, and where they to must bid farewell to Willum who has chosen to stay and aid his people.
