General Summary

34th Valkali - 2nd Tormale   On the road to Saine, the travelling party are ambushed but manage to repel the attack. The attackers are revealed to be a mercenary company out of Risalde to the south, the Ring of Dartayl. Whether they were hired to attack the Aegis or the Golden-Wing Cabal is unclear, but someone paid them well for this attack. Words coaxed out of Erard Two-Life's body reveal mention of "dusk comes" and the "rising flood".
