Located along the northern perimeter of Helm's Hold, the House of Reformation is an estate that was re-purposed into a form of prison camp. Inmates are selected from the court system, favoring those with strong combat or magical abilities to be transferred to the compound. To pay off their sentences, inmates must work as mercenaries to complete dangerous missions, overlorded by a half-orcish woman named Bondasha.
