Phoenix living and working in Hope as the current captain of the guard. Stays in a human form, which appears as a young woman with bright red hair and an athletic build. No one knows how long she's been in the city or why.

Counselor Adrian Gerardus
Human, Hope City Counselor, 6'2", average build, sandy blonde, very refined manner

Anrin Goodsong
Halfling owner of 'The Rotting Carcass' magic shop in Hope's business quarter. Anrin is an older man and has the temperament to match; he does not suffer fools and rarely engages in conversation outside of making a sale. Despite his curmudgeonly attitude, Anrin is an expert of his craft. He is 2'10" and has thinning black and grey hair.

Elri Dragonkin
A dwarf woman living in the human city of Hope. She owns and operates her smithy, Drakeflame, within the city's business quarter. Elri is 4'3", average dwarf build, and has blonde hair that she keeps in a single long braid. She is very light hearted but is very professional about her work.

Krabknack
3 1/2 foot tall goblin with a custom made shotgun. Is absolutely insane.

Percival McKnight
Human owner of a general goods shop in Hope's business quarter, Percival has sold almost everything at one time or another. Formerly a traveling merchant, Percival opted to open a shop in the city 10 years ago after a particularly bad run in with bandits on the road nearly cost him his life. Percival is 5'7", average build, with close cut brown hair.

Rebalra Keabalar
Half-orc woman serving as the second in command of Hope's city guard. Her Orc/Elven parentage makes her both incredibly strong and very agile. Takes her position and duty very seriously, to the point of almost obsession.

Windiah Faelar
Young elven woman who works in 'The Rotting Carcass' magic shop as Anrin's assistant and student. Windiah is very kind and polite, always quick with a smile and compliment. She is 6'2", has a willowy build, and has platinum blonde hair tied into many braids. She likes to go by Anrin's nickname for her, 'Windi'.
