VtM: Shards of Midnight Session 11 Report

General Summary

Last session started with the party entering the incredibly haunting and cold catacombs. Scorch attempted a prayer, which he rolled a 99 for, its effects still unknown at the moment. After a quick run to the general store for proper supplies, the party delved deep into the dungeon where they encountered various deformed monsters. After snacking on some bracelets and using the child as bait, the group found a secret hidden room where Aldia obtained more of the highly sought after Tiger Seals. Upon entering a dilapidated temple, the party found Harper’s unconscious body, a paladin wearing armor made of darkness, and a sarcophagus made of silver. The paladin, who is revealed to be Demonte (though more than likely possessed by a dark force), opened the coffin where an Astrian dragon emerged: Irvegel. After eating Mildred’s sword, Aldia was able to use a Tiger Seal to free the dragon of corruption. This caused Demonte to flee into a mirror which he broke behind him, where we return to them escaping the catacombs and returning to the SLE for the trial.
