Session 1: Opening Report

General Summary

15 Ches 1498 DR   The session opened with the characters arriving in Bonafair as the city celebrated the upcoming mariage of Colran Zaerus and Trislee Kendron. Huugar and Ava just finished a job bringing a caravan into town.   Zita and Zeno returned to town to barter with Philemon.   Whirligig was taking advantage of the festivities for some back alley gambling, while Needa explored the stands throughout the town.   Yemtoc sought out an informant and found him playing at Whirligig's game. Following a short conversation he agreed to meet up later to be set up with getting into the upcoming party.   Through various avenues each of them ended up at The Red Cup Inn, where they met the propritess Erid Wode.   During their meal the royal procession came through, and Erid pulled the group out to watch.   There was an attack on the procession, and the characters lept into action. The cariage of the Prince and Princess escaped, but a second carriage was left behind. The characters dispatched a number of goblins, as well as two human attackers a man and the woman who appeard to be in charge, earning the thanks of the man in the carriage, the Prime Minister Ajax Praghod. He covered the groups lodgings at the Red Cup In, and said he would send for them in the morning.
