Session 11 New Arrivals Report

General Summary

After taking the night to recover and repair the supply wagon as best they could; the team and the survivors travel to Hodichev to find Spade's Keep but not before Kayla wishing for a dragon to help and guide her and Spade and Diamond tying up the severed dragon's head on top of the battle wagon. They travel pass hills for days until they reach the city of Kusk at nightfall. They make the choice to show up during the day and parading through the city and they so remarkably well with almost all in the city following and parading around them. They had a tense moment with the city guards but beside a warning no harm came to them. Seth caught Clint observing and drawing the statue of Najib the Storm Lord and inspired him to pursue painting. After purchasing some supplies with help from Seth, he paints an incredible mural of the team in front of the statue with the dragon's head.   Spade goes to the Bank to claim his documents for Cliff Morhen. The team decides to spend the night and buy supplies before heading out tomorrow. On the way inside to secure lodging; Seth bumps into a knight with a golden goose for a sigil and he becomes offended. Milady comes in and saves him from a fight by pretending to be his wife. Inside having a drink Seth and Milady talk about whats happened so far and the people they've lost; Seth talks about Abraham and his kid and Milady speaks highly of Milton. She begins to tease to him about Alma after reading Spade's report but gets jinx when she actually sees Alma in the crowd. It becomes even more awkward when Seth actually talks about her and turns out to be behind him. They have an argument about Seth not proposing and a nearby Kelten takes offence in Alma's name and proceeds to throw the Blue Tiefling onto a Valhallan's table. A bar brawl ensues as Seth attempts to weave himself out of harms. While this goes on; Diamond convinces Grey Shadow, Aruka, Kumo and Kayla to join him and Spade for a game of cards. Coins exchange in hands for an hour before Milady comes out and ask the party for help. Aruka jumps in to save Seth while Kayla just wants to help. In good timing Seth lands face first in front of Kayla who decides to not so subtly punch the Kelten with Smite. Spade and Diamond decide to join in the brawl and it wasn't long before the guards come in to break up the fight. Seth apologies to the Dragonborn Tavern keeper and pays him for the damages.   The next day, the team travels to further north of Hodichev to where the keep is. As they entered expecting a fight with whatever monsters they had to deal with; they find the place abandoned. Upon further investigation they find an unusually large blue wyvern. This dragon named Dojo comes from the outer planes was apparently summoned here by unknown means. The Spade, Seth and Kayla realise that this is the dragon that she wished for. After a bit of questioning, they decide to trust the creature and begin making plans to refurbish the keep.
