Session 18: Entering the Mountain Report

General Summary

Spotting the hobbs and the succubus, Mika pokes her belly and causes the spell "Fog Cloud" to erupt, hiding the party. The hobbs investigate and begin throwing spears through the fog. Garuman emerges fro the fog and convinces the hobbs to give up and fake their "defeat". With them beaten Tak rushes up to the succubus and is subsequently charmed by her. He discovers her name, Leandra. After beating her, she flees and the party rests after unlocking the great iron door.   Once entering the tunnels, they meet Lester the Hob, who tells them that they have broken the seal and freed those trapped in the mountain. While following the hobb to his master, they spot the underground city of Outrag, home of the Ogres. He informs them that the Ogres were sealed in the mountain when they wared with the Wizards of the Isle of Mystrium. Lester takes the party to meet the Ogre Torturer; one of the Ogre Court.   The Torturer thanks them for freeing them; the Ogre King has long worked to prepare for the seal breaking. As a boon, they gift treasure to the adventurers. The Ogre also says they are allowed into Outrag. The party ultimately decides to leave. Garuman sends an Animal message to Secron. "The Ogres have been freed, their army is preparing for war, we are on the way...it wasn't us".   The party sleeps and during Mika's sleeps she has a dream of Hags surrounding her. When she wakes up she is no longer pregnant.
