  • King Acastus Arkelander
    King of Mytros, husband to Vallus the Goddess of Wisdom. The most powerful political figure in Thylea, rumoured to have an ego to match. Like his ancestors, he is is a dragonrider - his mount is a Silver Dragon named Icarus. He is directly descended from Estor Arkelander, one of the first Dragonlords and the mortal who started the first war with the Titans.
  • Kyrah, Goddess of Music
    The trickster goddess of music and poetry, worshipped by bards and poets and called "the Muse". Swift of thought and deed, she regularly travels the Heartlands looking for adventure. She serves as the court poet to the Queen of Mytros, her sister Vallus.
  • Lutheria, the Lady of Dreams
    Sister-wife of Sydon, and once a Goddess of many things. Created the fey races of Thylea. When mortals came to Thylea she suffered great losses and saw her children slaughtered. Driven mad with a hunger for vengeance she now seeks to punish all mortals. She takes the form of a beautiful black eyed woman with a third eye on her forehead. She carries a crystal scythe used to harvest souls from those that displease her.
  • Mytros, Goddess of the Dawn
    The most powerful of the five gods, Mytros is Goddess of the dawn and the light of day. The city of Mytros is named in her honour. She ended the first war and saved her beloved city by sacrificing herself and ascending to the heavens.
  • King Pythor, God of Battle
    God of strength and battle. Fought tirelessly during the first war to defend the city of Mytros. Known to have as many romantic conquests as battlefield ones. Overthrew the tyrant king Lysis Arkelander and took the throne of Estoria, a position he has now held for almost 200 years. He is beloved by the people, but prone to drunkenness and nostalgic ramblings of former glories. He is a tall, copper haired man who wields a mithral axe. He takes no responsibility for any of the children he has fathered during his life, except his favourite daughter, Anora.
  • Sydon, Lord of Storms
    Once considered the lord of all Thylea. Created many of the most powerful races native to Thylea, including: Centaurs Gygans Cyclopses His strength has diminished since the forging of the Oath of Peace, but he is now gathering back his power. He takes the form of a colossal man, carrying a huge black glaive. He has a third eye on his forehead that he can use to look through the eyes of any of his servants. He sends great storms to punish those that anger him.
  • Queen Vallus, Goddess of Wisdom
    Goddess of wisdom, once known for travelling far and wide, studying history and collecting lore. She is believed to know as much about Thylea's history as Sydon and Lutheria. She works to build and restore mortal faith in the five gods. She is married to King Acastus of Mytros - an entirely political marriage.
  • Versi
    Daughter of Sydon and a Naiad named Delphea. She is a water nymph gifted with the power of prophecy. Known throughout Thylea as "The Oracle" since before the founding of Mytros. She prophesised the coming of the Dragonlords and the birth of the Five Gods. She negotiated the meeting between the Titans and the Gods that forged the Oath of Peace. She desires to protect all life on Thylea, both native and mortal.
  • Volkan, God of the Forge
    A God who appears as a grey-bearded old dwarf in a blacksmith's apron. He is primarily worshipped by smiths, masons and wizards and is obsessed with crafting wonderous magic items. During the first war against the titans he was known for his radiant suit of silver platemail, his golden crown and his mighty warhammer, but now prefers to rest and smoke his pipe while pondering his next invention.
On the lost continent of Thylea, the 500 year old Oath of Peace between the Titans and the Five Gods is coming to an end. The greatest Oracle of the land, Versi, has prophesised that this spells catastrophe for Thylea, unless the fated heroes can prevent it.
