Session 8: Avoid Sailing Report
General Summary
The party starts in gallows rock, and meet Edwyn Sephel and EstEtayenèa Aduial'eithel. They decide to move east, and they go by boat. The weather goes poorly, and the ship is almost capsized. Vaern falls out but is saved by Torvald. They land a bit west of Thod and head by foot eastward until they reach a river that comes off from the bay.
They explore part of the river until they reach the eastern hills of Thod. They go south some more and arrive in the camp of some smugglers. They attack them because of insults to Torvald's mother.
They slay many of the people before they retreated back into the town. The party was battered, so they fell back as well.
They return to the Castellan and debate the merits of the adventure. Torvald is originally slated for punishment, but the Castellan comes to respect his leadership and recants it.
